A FEW CLEAR GROUND RULES.
Terms of Service
Effective October 29, 2026 · Website and interactive preview terms.
Cue is here to make your day a little quieter. These terms keep the website experience straightforward, too.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Cue marketing website and its interactive browser preview. By using the website, you agree to use it under these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using it.
This website does not sell or distribute the Cue app, accept payments, create accounts, or offer a subscription. Cue is still in release preparation. Any future app download, purchase, beta, or distribution may have its own license and store terms presented at that time. These website terms do not replace them.
2. What the product preview is
The demo is an interactive illustration using fictional commitments. It does not run the native Mac app, access a real calendar, save a focus session, join a real meeting, or send notifications. Its visual timing and sample states are for exploration, not an exact representation of every supported system or app build.
The website describes the intended Cue experience, but it is not a promise that every feature will be available in every build, region, or platform. The current focus is macOS 14 and later. There is no public release date or download available through this site.
3. Using the website responsibly
You may browse the site and use the demo for personal evaluation. You must not use the site for unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its availability, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent yourself as Cue or its developer.
The site does not ask you to upload files or submit personal information. Please do not attempt to send calendar content, account credentials, or other sensitive information through website requests.
How technical requests and local demo state are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Content and ownership
The Cue name, artwork, product presentation, and original website content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Browsing the site does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute Cue branding or represent the product as your own. Rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
Apple, Mac, macOS, Calendar, and Reminders are names or trademarks belonging to Apple Inc. Google and related product names belong to their respective owners. Cue is an independent product; this website does not claim endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with those companies.
5. Availability and sensible reliance
The website and preview are provided on an “as available” basis. They may be updated, interrupted, or removed. Reasonable care goes into the content, but the site does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every illustration exactly matches a future release.
Cue is a productivity companion, not a safety-critical reminder service. Keep your own responsibility for appointments, deadlines, backups, and checking your source calendar. A browser preview should never be used as a real reminder or timekeeping tool.
Separate apps, websites, operating-system features, and calendar providers have their own terms. Their availability and behavior are not controlled by this website.
6. Your rights are preserved
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website does not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
These terms do not charge you a fee, enroll you in a service, require arbitration, or choose an exclusive court. Applicable law and any mandatory rights in your location continue to apply.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the site evolves. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply to use of the site after they are published; they do not retroactively change a separate purchase or app license.
If the terms no longer work for you, you can stop using the site. To revisit what Cue does, return to the landing page or explore the demo.
